When you need to return a product to JPI Racing please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

1. Call JPI Racing at 214-221-3135

2. Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt able to return merchandise.
3. Explain the problem and get a return authorization 4. Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS, FEDEX or USPS:

Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with the authorization number or name of the person authorize returned. and a daytime telephone or email so we can contact you if we need to.

6. JPI Racing reserves the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "NEW".

7. Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.

8. No return on special order items.
